A creative retreat for you if you long to express yourself.
Through drama, improvisation, writing, singing, and movement, you are invited to explore your creativity in a safe and supportive environment. Within these creative forms, you are encouraged to challenge yourself, tell your story, and explore what wants to emerge through you.
When we express ourselves through art, new insights can emerge. What was previously unclear or hidden can become visible and easier to understand. Through the creative process, we can discover something new about ourselves and make space for what is longing to be expressed.
Stenaberga Gård is a peaceful place surrounded by nature, supporting the creative process.
No previous experience is required. You don’t need to know how to sing, write, or act. All you need is a desire to express yourself. We create the courage together.
We move between playfulness and deep seriousness. Sometimes there is laughter, sometimes tears. Everything is welcome.

A Warm Welcome
Saturday, 7 november 10:00 a.m. – Sunday, 8 november 4:00 p.m.
No previous experience is required.
Maximum 8 participants.
Price and Accommodation:
Retreat fee including meals and accommodation: SEK 4,100 (approx. €370)
Early Bird: SEK 3,600 – available through 27 September (approx. €330).
The price includes the retreat, meals, and accommodation at Stenaberga Gård.
If you have your own accommodation, that’s no problem. We will deduct the cost of accommodation and any meals you choose to have elsewhere.
As a participant, you can arrive one night earlier or stay an extra night for SEK 500 per night. (approx. €50). Breakfast is included. Otherwise, you are free to spend your time as you wish and arrange your own meals.

You will receive a receipt by email, and the booking fee will be deducted from the total price.
