In these courses, all you need is a longing to express yourself. Together, we will create the courage. It is liberating, fun, and healing at the same time to express something from within. Sharing your expression with others in presence, active listening, and without judgment opens up unexpected possibilities for greater freedom. Together with me and the group, we create a safe space for you to express yourself in. I have no requirements for prior knowledge. Here, you will receive all the guidance you need to step into the different exercises, one step at a time.

The course is for you who want to express something of yourself and work with your creativity in a group setting. It’s for those who seek greater freedom in their expression. Perhaps you've always wanted to do theater but never dared to, or maybe you simply want to express something of yourself for your own sake. Here, you'll have the opportunity to practice communicating with an audience, work on your body language, and explore different forms of expression.
The different artistic forms we work with
Drama exercises
In drama, you will work with various exercises that train your empathy, presence, concentration, and how to convey your emotions.
Theatre improvisation
The improvisations help you let go of control, open up, and be brave.
Monologues/dialogues or song lyrics
We work with various texts and/or songs. Even self-written material is welcome. The important thing is that the texts hold meaning for you. You can either choose yourself or receive guidance in selecting, depending on what you want to work on.
Body Awareness
This is about becoming more aware of your body and being able to use it consciously as a means of expression. We explore and bring awareness to what our bodies communicate in different situations.
Writing Exercises and Storytelling
Here, we practice telling a story both in writing and speaking. We do this through simple writing exercises, either in groups or individually. We share different stories with each other, whether fictional or true.
Sharing
We always have sharing sessions. In these, one person speaks while the others listen. During sharing, we practice active listening with presence and engagement. We do not interrupt. We allow the speaker to finish their thoughts. The speaker has the time and space to find their own words for what they wish to share. When someone listens actively, we can notice things that go beyond words.
Life comes to be when you express yourself
When you express yourself through art or engage with the expressions of others, you can discover new things deep within you. Things that you may have only sensed as a faint voice, a tone, or a feeling. In the artistic processes, we try to express what we feel. We bring the unconscious to awareness, transform, and amplify what we need.
Sometimes the playful side emerges, and other times, the raw seriousness. We search for our flow, where time and space cease to exist. There, we find our connection with the original, our source. We work a lot in groups, even when working individually. We use a master class approach, meaning that the participant works with me while the group observes. This is an incredibly effective way to learn, both for the person working and for those observing. The diverse experiences of the participants enrich the group and offer more insights and reflections. A good group allows the individual to develop at a much faster pace. That’s why I am committed to creating a safe group environment, where we have open space and support one another.
Personal Development Through Artistic Expression
I have been teaching the performative arts for over 20 years. Time and again, it has been proven how incredibly transformative it is to work with various art forms, both on a personal and collective level. I have repeatedly witnessed how much we learn about ourselves and about the various aspects of life. In the groups, laughter has rolled across the floor, and at times, tears of empathy, sorrow, or anger have taken their place. You become yourself, life becomes clearer and more tangible when we express ourselves through the different forms of art. We have no prerequisites or expectations of doing things perfectly in these courses. We create and express ourselves from where we are.
The exercises we do are based on the various experiences and starting points of the group. You work at your level. You do the work. I am the guide. I will be here with different tools, exercises, and techniques. Being authentic in what you want to express is one of the most important things in order to reach others and make an impact. We will work with different emotions and energies necessary to convey a story in a believable way. I will help you draw out your power and vulnerability, and have the courage to be in what is true for you.
