Petra Kvist

I’ve been working with people, creativity and the art of performance for more than 25 years. My work has always existed at the intersection of artistic expression and personal growth

I have been performing as an artist for over 40 years, touring both in Sweden and internationally. 

All the different paths through theatre, music, movement, storytelling, breathwork, voice and ceremonial work have always been about the same thing: becoming more true to myself and making space for what wants to come alive and find expression.

Genom åren har jag utbildat och fördjupat mig inom bland annat andning, röst, teater, dramapedagogik, musik, regi, psykodrama, skrivande, dans, ceremoni och TRE. Det har gett mig en bred och levande grund i hur vi kan använda rösten, kroppen, känslorna som vägar till uttryck, utveckling och läkning.

I work with both Conscious and Rebirthing Breathwork. I am a Holistic Voice Yoga teacher and a certified Sound Therapy Facilitator and I also offer Sound Healing Massage. Since 2004, I have studied and practised shamanic knowledge and ceremonies, which have become an important part of both my life and my work.

I have practised many of the methods I work with for a long time. From that experience, I know how meaningful they can be – not only for working through the past, but also for opening up life and making it more vibrant, colourful and meaningful.

Jag föddes i Lund men vi flyttade från Skåne när jag var fyra år. Efter 30 år i Stockholm har jag kommit tillbaka hem; till Stenaberga Gård där konsten, människan, naturen, kroppen, rösten, andetaget och det ceremoniella får mötas.

Lazze is our Fire Chief, keeping the fire alive – a fire that nourishes, warms, inspires and transforms our journey..

Lazze is an experienced and grounded space holder who also facilitates rapé ceremonies, Oneness Meditation and Holotropic Breathwork.

 

Per HILL

Per Hill has been leading firewalks for companies and individuals for around 30 years. He trained at the Firewalk Institute of Research and Education in Twain Harte, California. For many years, he has studied the traditions and ceremonies of indigenous cultures.
