Breath and Shamanic Work
These retreats focus on liberating breathwork and shamanic ceremonies. Each day, we practice a liberating breath session and a ceremony. This may include activities such as a drum journey, tree ceremony, sweat lodge (only during the week-long retreat), and shorter Visionquests. Ceremonies, nature, meditations, sharing, and relaxation sessions help us deepen, integrate, and balance whatever arises during the breathwork.

Find stillness
Land softly
These retreats focus on recovery. Warm, soothing days where the body can relax and regain energy and balance.
We create a foundation where the body activates its self-healing. The exercises of Holistic Voice Yoga stimulate the vagus nerve, allowing us to gently settle into the body's relaxation system.
We spend time in nature, which heals and restores. We engage in various exercises to balance our mental, physical, and spiritual aspects.
Breathing exercises, meditations, guided relaxations, singing bowls, music, movement, sharing, and reflection are key elements. Time is also given for rest, writing, reading, walking down to the sea, or whatever else is desired.

Discover your truth
Your story - your expression
During these retreats, we explore a variety of artistic expressions such as drama and theater exercises, text, song, writing, and movement to discover and express your inner voice. Through different forms of art, you are encouraged to explore and express yourself in a personal way.
By telling or sharing our stories through art, we gain a deeper insight that can reveal what was once hidden. Improvisations, drama exercises, text, song, and movement form the core of the retreat. I work both with the group and individually to support you in your personal journeys. Nature, breathwork, Holistic Voice Yoga, and relaxation exercises help us listen inwardly and experience a deeper connection with ourselves.

We can have a completely no-obligation conversation about what you want to do, and if you wish to proceed, we will create a customized schedule that fits your needs. You can be here for anything from a few hours to a week.
